Bought these many times! Always used it to layer on top of matte lipstick so my lip doesn’t chap. Love the small glitters!

Bought it a long time ago. And it’s very good when I’m layering with matte colors. Used up many already and now I’m turning to tint and gloss. But this is still my to go for layering on top of other colors for some extra shiny effect!
